Bicycling


You decide whether it's just a short trip to Koblenz along the Moselle or a longer excursion by bike.


The Moselle cycle path is one of the most famous cycle paths in the whole of Germany. The 240-kilometer cycle path stretches from the German-French border from Perl to Koblenz.

If you don't have your own bike with you, you can of course hire bikes in the surrounding area.

Hiking


In Winningen you have the opportunity to go on excellent hikes. Climb hills and vineyards and enjoy breathtaking views over the Moselle.

Follow marked trails through vineyards and along the banks to discover the region to the full.

Whether it's the Winningen wine trails or a certified dream trail in the surrounding area, there are plenty of opportunities to get out and enjoy the great outdoors.

If you don't want to start your hike in Winningen, you can use the guest ticket for free public transport. In Winningen, you have direct bus and train connections to Koblenz and Cochem/Trier.

You can also transport your bicycles there.

Boat tour


Enjoy a day on the Moselle on a boat tour. Either directly from Winningen, Koblenz or e.g. from Kobern-Gondorf. The choice is yours.
